Chesterfield Scout Reservation (CSR)

CAMP INFORMATION

Remember: Having Full fees PAID by June 15 saves $$$$

A reservation deposit of $25 (nonrefundable) must accompany the registration form to the Council Service Center. This $25 fee is due by April 1st, 2006. All registration forms will be handed in as one bundle by the Cubmaster. Turn in all forms to your Den Leader or Cubmaster.

Refunds (except for the $25 Deposit) are made only for medical reasons, and ONLY PRIOR TO CAMP.

All Scouts should register for Camp by June 15, 2006. All Scouts who have registered through their Pack and paid their full fee will receive a Special CSR Patch.

You can still attend camp after June 15, but there will be a $50.00 late fee applied.

This year CSR is offering the opportunity for a cub den to come to CSR with their leaders for the day only with no overnight camping.

Camperships are available to qualifying families. Fill out the form above or ask your Cubmaster for more information.

LEADERS

All adults who are planning to attend as either a leader, or helper, must be registered in the BSA and fill out the Camp Registration Form. A CORI check request form must be signed and submitted for each participant over 18 years of age.

Please be prepared to take a swim test (for aquatic events, if you choose them), live in a tent (cot and mattress provided), and submit a class 3 health form.

Two Adult leaders are required at a minimum for either the Cub Scout or WEBELOS camps.

Pack 42 will pay the registration fee for all Leaders, Den Chiefs and helpers!

HEALTH AND SAFETY

All Campers at Chesterfield must complete the Personal Health and Medical Record Class 3 Medical Form (annually)

signed by a Physician, PA or NP.

Medical Forms will NOT be returned - Please make a copy for your records before submitting.

The Camp Health Lodge is staffed 24 Hours each day by a Health Officer Trained in Emergency First Aid and CPR. Campers and Visitors must report all injuries and illnesses to the Health Lodge.
